The services and seafarers supplied by SMS AGENCY to its customers shall meet the highest professional standards and customers requirements and expectations.
SMS AGENCY will achieve the Policy goals by:

The Management shall measure fulfillment of quality objectives through:
- Control of customers satisfaction and dissatisfaction
- Overall seafarers performance appraisal.
- Achieved financial results
